Japanese Deputy PM here tomorrow

Japanese Deputy Prime Minister Katsuya Okada will arrive in Sri Lanka
tomorrow on a two day state visit.
His visit will be with regard to improving bi-lateral ties and
witness the progress of several Japanese funded development initiatives.
Okada is scheduled to meet President Mahinda Rajapaksa and Prime
Minister D M Jayaratne for bilateral discussions.
He will also visit Kandy to pay homage to the Sri Dalada Maligawa.
He will also visit the Upper Kotmale Hydro Power project.
The Japanese Deputy Prime Minister is also scheduled to visit
Kilinochchi and Jaffna, the External Affairs Ministry said.
