Fined for possessing ganja

Two persons in the Lenadora area were arrested by the Dambulla police with 12,000 mgs of ganja in their possession.

They were produced before the Dambulla acting magistrate Rathnasena Ranasingha who fined them Rs 50,000 each and postponed the case till the 18th April.

PS 7855 Soysa of the Dambulla police produced the suspects in court.
