Royal rugby team take on old boys

Last year's Singer 'A' division league champions Royal College rugby team led by fly half Arshard Jamaldeen will take on the old boys at the Royal College Sports Complex at 4.30 pm today.

The Royal team which has the services of ten coloursmen will receive stiff resistance from the old boys team which comprises mostly of players who played for the school from 2009 to 2011 and represented 'A' division clubs in the last two years.

The Royalists who scored convincing wins over Thurstan and Prince of Wales in two warm up matches recently will play their first Singer 'A' division tournament match against D S Senanayake College on April 21 at the Royal Sports Complex.
