Small scale fruit growing to be prioritized

Fruit growing on a small-scale has been prioritized by the Ministry of Economic Development through its 'Divi Neguma' programme.

Accordingly, the 'Divi Neguma' programme will fund fruit growing projects carried out in small plots of land, in the future.

Prospective fruit growers could contact local 'Divi Neguma' officials to obtain more information about their initiative.
