Pradeep completes 100 wickets this season

Zahira College Colombo recorded its seventh outright win this season when they beat Sri Jayawardenapura College in their inter-schools under-19 cricket match which concluded at Moors Grounds yesterday.

Zahirian Pradeep Ananda was the destroyer of the both Sri Jayawardenapura innings' with a match-bag of 13 wickets when he took 7 for 32 in the first innings and 6 for 52 to taking his 100th wicket this season.

In reply, SJC's first innings total of 68, Zahira College compiled 241 (declared) with the help of a brilliant century (110) by Imraz Rafi and a good knock by Dilshad Hilmy (46). In the second essay, SJC were all out for 83, offering a victory of an innings and 90 runs to Zahira College.
