NUS Singapore to conduct public programme
NUS Business School, Singapore to conduct its first-ever public
programme in Sri Lanka on General Management Development
The NUS Business School, part of the National University of
Singapore, acknowledged as one of the finest universities in the
Asia-Pacific region, will have its first ever public programme in Sri
Lanka, from May 8 -11.
This is a rare opportunity for those in senior management roles, both
in the Private and Public sectors, to develop their General Management
skills and also for organizations to equip their top management with
critical competencies to succeed, coupled with an international
qualification.
NUS is ranked 4th in Asia and placed 34th among the world’s top 100
universities by The Times Higher Education – Quacquarelli Symonds
(THE-QS) World University Rankings.
This four day programme covers the most important areas for today’s
senior management: Corporate Strategy, Corporate Leadership, Strategic
Financial Management and Marketing.
The programme is designed, developed and delivered by the faculty of
NUS Business School. They will be in Sri Lanka to conduct the sessions.
The faculty members are: Dr. Chung Yuen Kay - Adjunct Associate
Professor at the NUS Business School’s Department of Management and
Organization. Dr. Nitin Pangakar - Teaches Strategy and International
Business courses in the BBA, MBA and Executive MBA programmes at NUS.
Dr. Cheng Peng Sim - A Senior Lecturer with the Department of Marketing
at NUS.
She is the Academic Director for the NUS MSc in Management CEMS
Masters in International Management programmes. Dr. Ravi Jain - Senior
Lecturer of Finance at NUS and teaches MBA courses in Corporate Finance
and Investment Analysis. The participants of the programme will receive
a Certificate of Completion from the NUS Business School. The programme
partner in Sri Lanka is LAUGFS Australia Higher Education Services (LAHES).
LAHES is the education arm of LAUGFS Holdings Limited.
