Love is in the Air at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo

A uniquely romantic experience aboard 8° on the lake of Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo is in store for a limited number of couples. This floating venue offers a brand new dining concept.

The Candlelight Cruise gives couples the opportunity to rediscover love at a magical setting on February 14. The evening begins with complimentary pre dinner drinks at the vessel’s upper deck as a live band plays. As the night progresses, a five course gourmet dinner will be served along with a glass of bubbly at the lower deck. After a spectacular dinner, couples may make their way to the upper deck once again for drinks and to dance into the night as the band continues to play. With respect for the safety of the guests, the vessel will set sail subject to weather conditions being conducive.

The land bound may keep the romance alive with a candlelit dinner by the lake at the Waterside, the hotel’s beautiful garden venue. Here a five course dinner will be served with soft music and a glass of bubbly to set the mood.

The night need not end at dinner. The hotel offers couples a Romantic Retreat at a Superior Room or Cilantro Suite with a bubbly breakfast served in bed the next morning.

Cupid strikes the Dining Room too this Valentine’s Day with a gourmet Valentine’s buffet with a spectacular spread of starters, soups, salads, mains and desserts to anyone one brings along be it a partner, mother, father, sister or aunt.

Till February 14, 7° North celebrates “The Spirit of Romance” with Valentine's inspired fusions of flavours and spirits from the Love Potion to the Flame of Love.

One can show their Valentine just how much they care with Goodies Valentine's Day specials available till 14. Freshly baked red velvet cupcakes, Juliette biscuits, cold pink cheesecake with mixed berries, heart shaped cakes and specialty chocolates make up the “Baked with Love” range.

Members are invited to celebrate love with drinks and dancing at their e exclusive night club the Library. Prizes are in store for the best dressed couple and the couple with the best dance moves.
