Strict rules on Southern Expressway

Unroadworthy vehicles will not be allowed to travel along the Southern Expressway, Colombo City Traffic Director Senior SP Chula de Silva said. Vehicles without side mirrors and wasted tires and damaged vehicles will not be allowed on the Expressway, SSP de Silva said.
