Sports festival in July

Though the National Youth Sports Festivals were held in November or December months during previous year the National Youth Services Council had decided to hold Sports Festival 2012 in July third week this year.

The competitions are to be conducted in three Stages-Divisional Secretariat, District and National levels.

Divisional Secretariat level competitions are being already started islandwide.

According to the sports programme all provincial level competitions are to be completed by March 31.
