Schools closed in A’pura

The North Central Provincial Council closed 50 schools in the Anuradhapura district from yesterday in view of the Deyata Kirula national development exhibition and fair.

Chief Minister Berty Premalal Dissanayake said this will not hamper the students’ educational activities. Classes will be conducted on Saturday for students whose schools are closed, he said.
