Sri Lanka will export `Thriposha' soon. Sri Lanka produces 94 percent
of the country's entire Thriposha requirement. It will be increased up
to 100 percent by the middle of this year, a Health Ministry spokesman
said.
The spokesman said the World Food Program (WFP) provided a modern
machinery to the Thriposha manufacturing factory. "This new machinery
significantly increased the factory's production capacity. The factory
produces 94 percent of the country's entire Thiriposha requirement. This
will be further increased up to 100 percent by June this year," he said. |
