Senior Minister leaves for Geneva

Senior Minister for International Monetary Co-operation and Deputy Minister of Finance & Planning Dr. Sarath Amunugama will leave for Geneva tomorrow to represent the Sri Lankan Government at the Annual Ministerial Review of the Economic & Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSEOC) to be held at the Palais des Nations in Geneva from July 1 to 4.

The theme of the conference will be “Science, Technology and Innovation and the Potential of Culture for Promoting Sustainable Development and Achieving the Millenium Development Goals.
