Eight nabbed for removing parts from sunken ship

Eight persons who allegedly removed parts of a sunken ship off Galle coast were arrested by Galle Harbour police.

A wallama, the mode of transport to the ship, a boat engine, two diving kits, several cut iron pieces from the ship and instrument were taken into custody with the suspects.
