ICC invests Rs 1.4 b on new building

ICC Development Holdings a subsidiary of International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd will invest Rs 1.4 billion for their modern office complex at R.A. De Mel Mawatha in Colombo 03.

ICC Development Holdings Managing Director Neilo De Mel told the Daily News Business that the construction of the modern office complex has already commenced and will be completed in the eighteen months of commencement of construction.

De Mel said they are planning to build this modern office complex for rent purposes for various companies. "We want to give the ground floor and half of the mezzanine flour for private banks."

The modern office complex named Iceland Business Centre will comprise seven stories in addition to the ground floor and the basement.

R.A. De Mel Mawatha is an ideal location for business premises. Interested companies now have the opportunity to book their spaces at the office complex.

ICC is a one of the leading Sri Lankan general contractors with multi sector capability. Established in 1980, ICC today has seven main divisions.
