Vote on second reading of budget today

The vote on the second reading of the Appropriation Bill 2012 (Budget 2012) will be taken up in Parliament at 5pm today.

2012 on November 21 and seven days have been alloted for the debate on the second reading of the Budget. Accordingly, the debate which commenced on November 22 will continue till today and the division will be taken up at the end of the day. The third reading and the committee stage of the Budget will begin from tomorrow and will continue until December 21. The vote on the third reading of the Budget 2012 will be taken up at 5pm on December 21.
