eSys gets Transcend distributorship

With Internet usage on the rise and data speeds increasing, the demand for mobile extended storage is increasing Transcend Inc’s Marketing Director Austin Hung said.

Speaking after the company, appointing Sri Lanka’s leading computer hardware distributor eSys Technologies, a part of EZY Holdings, as the sole distributor for all Transcend’s products in Sri Lanka he said the future of this product is a ‘thumb’ security. Hung said they were in Sri Lanka before but folded their operations since the agents were not active. “We can now aim at Sri Lanka’s number one position since eSys Technologies track record is good,” he added.

“As Sri Lanka’s biggest IT hardware distributor with more than a 50% market share of the computer hardware market in Sri Lanka, eSys was the obvious choice for Transcend,” Hung said.

A world leader in the field of memory and consumer electronics, Transcend Inc’s Director Marketing, Hung, said that soon there would be industrial revolutionary pen drives that would automatically scan for virus before the computer scans it.

“As a company, Transcend can best be described as a world-class leader in the field of memory and consumer electronics, which brings you Tomorrow’s World, Today.”
