Dead worms in pittu

Dead worms were found in a pittu served in a restaurant on Hospital Road, Jaffna.

The accused was fined Rs 5,000 when he pleaded guilty before the Jaffna Magistrate’s Court.

The accused had been earlier fined in a similar case.

The Matara police anti vice squad took in for questioning a man who had 3002mg of ganja in his possession at Batuta road, Matara last Tuesday.

Exhibition
