As an additional event in the World Spice Food Festival, this year Sri Lanka Tourism together with the Ceylon Hotel School Graduates Association (CHSGA) and the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (SLITHM) is bringing down an internationally renowned celebrity chef to introduce and demonstrate a few signature dishes and speak on new international trends and learning experiences.

This event will be held today and tomorrow at the SLITHM. This is an opportunity not to be missed by the senior chefs of the hotel and restaurant industry to indulge in the culinary professionalism of celebrity chef Bjorn Van Der Host of the Netherlands.
