meeting with your clients or sneak a few precious moments with your

The business lunch is a novel concept that offers diners an
opportunity to savour the best of both worlds, with an extensive buffet
that presents a medley of soups, salads, and desserts while the main
course can be chosen from an a-la -arte menu that features delightful
specialties like Australian tenderloin and New Zealand lamb cutlets.
The menu is far from mundane, as the choice of main courses varies
every day, making the experience all the more exhilarating. Guests can
choose from braised supreme breast of chicken on mushroom, olive and
tomato compote or aged grain fed Aussie tenderloin pan grilled with
black pepper corn sauce or hot butter cuttlefish flowers on a Monday or
stuffed leg of American chicken, sliced baked rosemary rubbed New
Zealand lamb leg on Tuesdays. On Wednesdays opt for the herb roasted
half baby chicken on mustard based brown sauce or Piccata of tender beef
strips pan fried on egg coated batter or vegetable lasagna.
Thursday's menu features broiled New Zealand lamb cutlets with
rosemary sauce, chicken and mushroom pie, shrimp and squid chardonnay or
grilled tuna medallions in light teriyaki sauce and baby leeks. You
could savor mixed grill platter, herb crusted grilled salmon or mushroom
, tomato, and olive pizza wedges every Friday. The extensive buffet
spread also includes a variety of freshly baked bread, two varieties of
soup which includes a clear soup and a creamy soup, six different types
of salad, and an array of delicious desserts, that change daily. A
complimentary beverage is also provided with the meal.
The business lunch at 1864 gets underway from Monday through to
Friday from 12.30 pm to 3 pm. |
