Bharatha killing: another five arrested

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) investigating the murder of Presidential Director General on Trade Union Affairs Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra, arrested five more suspects yesterday.

According to Police Spokesman SSP Maxi Proctor, these suspects have been taken into custody from Colombo and the suburbs. He said six CID teams are conducting full scale investigations into the murder of Premachandra and one suspect was arrested on Monday with weapons.
