Nations Trust Bank rewards customers during Service Week

Nations Trust Bank will celebrate customer service week together with their customers from October 3 to 7 to coincide with this international activity devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and honouring employees and businesses responsible for taking care of their customers.

During the week Nations Trust Bank has outlined a host of activities for their customers as well as internal customers across their islandwide branches and personal banking centres.

The Bank has put together a range of attractive offers for the week. Individual customers who register for the Bank-At-Your-Doorstep (BAYD) service will be entitled to a free BAYD transaction. The ATM Card fee will be waived off for new customers who join the network during this week.

In addition each pawning transaction done by customers during this week will have one month’s interest waived. Special branded gifts will be awarded to new customers who obtain an American Express card or a Leasing facility.

Customer Service Week at Nations Trust Bank this year will be one of the tools used to recognize, reward and motivate the employees of the bank and is based on the theme, ‘Refresh, Recharge and Reconnect’ commenting on this initiative Chief Manager Branches and PBCs Sanjaya Perera said “we take this opportunity to invite our customers as well as non customers to visit any one of our branches and be a part of these special deals offered during the customer service week.”
