Heavy fines for two Kasippu dealers

A man found guilty of possessing 1,984 drams of goda was fined Rs 30,000 by Matugama Additional Magistrate Nilupuli Vidurangi Lankapura. Karannagodage Priyantha Pushpakumara was arrested by Bulathsinhala police.
