Moragoda meets prelates
UPFA Colombo mayoral candidate Milinda Moragoda handed over his 12
point 100 days programme and policy document to members of the Maha
Sangha representing all three Chapters at a ceremony at the Narahenpita
Abhyaramaya recently.

Handing over the policy paper, Moragoda told the Maha Sangha that it
was the government's intention to pursue these policies as a constituent
party of the United People's Freedom Alliance (UPFA), within the
framework of the Mahinda Chintana-Idiridakma.
Moragoda commenting on the policy document said: "Although we are
thinking of a post conflict phase, the conflict has not really ended.
Ethnic, religious, caste and political conflicts are still looming large
within the Sri Lankan society. We have to look at Colombo as a symbol of
unity."
