Nexus to promote loyalty card aggressively

Sri Lanka's premier loyalty programme by Nexus Networks (Pvt)
Limited, a John Keells Group company plans to aggressively promote Nexus
loyalty cards through 'Making a difference is what we do best' and by
adding value to the customer base.
The promotional campaign will be launched under the theme giving more
value to customers and ensuring partners the true loyalty. The campaign
will help Nexus merchants to add value while providing huge
opportunities to improve sales volumes, JKH Group Executive Vice
President and Retail Sector Head Roshanie Jayasundara Moraes told Daily
News Business.
"We have come a long way and many plans are in the pipeline.
The recent promotions have been a huge success and we intend offering
more value driven opportunities to our loyal customers.
The merchants will be geared for efficient customer relationship
management," she said.
The promotions will be based on two cartoon characters, Nexsy and
Skoose, where they will be playing the role of 'Customer Devotions
Manager' and 'Super Duper Offers Manager'.
Since 2010, the Nexus loyalty customer base had increased by 20,000
recording a high growth rate during the last three to four years.
The pioneer loyalty card has over 80,000 members up to date and
looking to widen its base by gearing itself to revolutionize the loyalty
industry by bringing in a face to its services.
Nexus has in a very short time span re-invented the loyalty card
landscape in Sri Lanka and expects to gain better mileage through the
latest addition by further strengthening the customer relationship. |
