Book discussion
Piyadasa Sirisena’s Maha Viyavula will be discussed at the Sri Lanka
Press Council auditorium, Horton Place (near Mel Medura), on September
16 at 4 pm.
The discussion will be moderated by Daya Dissanayaka while Dr
Praneeth Abhayasundara and Professor Sunanda Mahendra will deliver
speeches.
Old Sinhala Song Lovers Society concert
The inaugural session of Old Sinhala Song Lovers Society will be held
at Public Library Auditorium, Colombo, on September 18 at 9 pm under the
patronage of Psychiatrist Dr D V J Harischandra.
The event will be followed by a music concert and scenes from Sinhala
movies of yesteryear. |
