Former Colombo mayor, Minister and UNP strongman B Sirisena Cooray has joined hands with Colombo’s UPFA mayoral candidate Milinda Moragoda to ensure a UPFA victory at the forthcoming Colombo Municipal Council election. They were seen together at the Abhayaramaya Narahenpita on Tuesday when Moragoda presented his policy statement titled Making Colombo a Centre of Excellence to the Maha Sangha led by Ven.
