SLIDA partners Link Natural for training

Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration partnered with Link Natural (Pvt) Ltd., to train administrative personnel. SLIDA programme followers will visit Link Natural's state-of-the-art facility in Dompe for organizational exposure visits.

Link Natural is a Sri Lankan knowledge based company which turns ancient local knowledge into herbal products through extensive research and quality assurance. Their Research and Development Unit is supported by many eminent local and internationally renowned scientists. Link Samahan is their flagship brand and apart from local sales their products are marketed internationally in around 30 countries all over the word.

Two batches of SLIDA trainees visited the facility in May. SLIDA Senior Consultant M Thilakasiri said that the exposure helps the participants to receive first hand information on R&D, quality assurance and contemporary Sri Lankan management practices.

Link Natural Chairman and CEO Dr Devpriya Nugawela said "It is our social responsibility to assist in developing the administrators of the country who's actions will benefit the masses. We have been doing this for some time with many schools, universities and other organizations and we are delighted to extend this to SLIDA."
