The company is aggressively looking to expand its presence locally
and globally with timely and user-friendly products which have enhanced
the efficiency of professional systems, industry and the domestic sector
in addition to setting up delivery centres in the country.
With the ongoing development initiatives in the country, the company
sees a growth in sales volume and has already participated in the
several water management projects.
At the moment, company is exporting products to India and Kenya and
looking forward to export products to the Maldives.
St Anthony's Industries Group General Manager S. Sivakumar said the
company manufactures many categories of products in various segments in
polymer industry under the well-known brand name Anton.
The products include PVC pipes, injection moulded fittings, drainage
fittings, sewerage treatments, insulation sheets, PVC doors and windows,
PVC hoses, rainwater gutter and fittings, nets, water tanks and other
amenities.
Eventhough, the local polymer industry has a potential to grow
further more, over flowing of imported, substandard products to the
local market has become a great impediment to local investors and its
high time to government to seriously look into protectionism with the
implementation of industry friendly rules and provisions while imposing
high duty on substandard products.
The company also makes a responsible commitment to the sustainability
of the environment by adopting environmental friendly manufacturing
processes.
The company has obtained SLS certification for PVC pipes, fittings,
sewerage pipes and fittings and looking forward to obtain SLS
certification for water tanks.
