Ananda beat S. Thomas'

Ananda College recorded another victory when they beat strong S. Thomas College in their under 15 division I cricket match played at Ananda Mawata.

Visitors, S. Thomas' college batted first and were all out for 173 with Dileepa Herath with 3 for 32, did the most of the damage for the visitors while V. Weeraratne fought alone and scored 49 not out.

Anandians reached the target in the 38th over with Lakkana Jayasekera top scoring with 55. Helped by some good knocks from D Shenal (47 n.o.) and Avisha Wilwalaarachchi (25) Ananda College easily recorded their five wicket win.
