Escribano Legal Information Centre for Protecting Land Owners (ELICPLO) invites lawyers, legal officers, notaries, law students, surveyors, bankers, academics, insurers, registrars, landowners, investigating officers, conservationists, town councillors and all Sri Lankans who are interested in preserving the Rule of Law to protect land rights, to submit in English Sinhala or Tamil well researched articles of about 5,000-6,000 words, on the topic (Sinhala and Tamil scripts should be accompanied with an English translation)
