Kalmunai Young Birds enter final

Kalmunai Young Birds entered the final of The Family Choice Champion Cup inter club Cricket Tournament when they beat Maligaikadu Youth Sports Club by six wickets in the semi-finals played at Zahira College in Kalmunai on Friday.

Youth SC: 174 all out in 49.3 overs (Ajmal 53, Kamal 49, Salman 15, Hameem 3 for 29, Farees 2 for 33)

Kalmunai Young Birds:- 176 for 4 wickets in 45 overs (Ajmeer 22, Asfak 20, Ashroff 26 not out, Ameen 12, Ismail 27).
