Felicitation for artistes

The Suhada Art Institute, Ingiriya held a Harasara Pranama felicitation ceremony for artistes and other professionals who had dedicated their time and energy for the elevation of art.

This ceremony was held at Sri Sumanajothi College with the patronage of Kalutara District MP Vidura Wickremanayake and veteran artiste Rohana Baddage.

Veteran artiste Rohana Baddage and professionals in education, media etc were awarded Harasara Pranama.

Wickremanayake addressing the gathering said that it was a duty of Sri Lankans to recognise and respect those who have made much sacrifice for art.
