Sri Lanka Air Force emerged champions in the Inaugural Reebonn
Naturally Cosmetics Netball Tournament 2011 when they beat Sri Lanka
Police team by 38-34 at Angampitiya Sports Grounds, Sri Jayawardenapura
Kotte recently.
Sri Lanka Army who beat Speed Stars Sports Club by 36-15 managed to
settle for the third place.
Sri Lanka Schools won the plate championship when they overcame
Campbel Sports Club by 14-12 in a hard fought game.
P K S Nilushika of Air Force was adjudged the netball queen while S A
Dulani Erandika of the same team won the title for best defense.
N D Sooriyarachchi of Sri Lanka Police became the best centre court
player and the best shooter in the tournament was H H D P Dilrukshi of
Sri Lanka Air Force.
The tournamet was conducted for two days where 14 netball teams
participated and apart from the trophies and medals the winners were
donated gift packs by the sponsors.
