A fine all round performance from Roshan Madushanka helped Maris Stella College Negombo beat De Mazenod College by five wickets in their inter school under 17 division one cricket tournament match worked off at Kandana yesterday.

De Mazenod: 141 in 40.4 overs (R. Perera 35, S. Perera 37, S. Suwaris 3 for 26, N. Fernando 3 for 27, R. Madushanka 2 for 30).

Maris Stella: 143 for 5 in 33.5 overs (R. Madushanka 48, P. Jayamanna 38 n.o, N. Fernando 20, L. Wickremasinghe 2 for 36).
