Sri Lankan career diplomat, Nihal Rodrigo,
served in diplomatic postings in Germany, India and Australia. He
served as Ambassador in Sri Lanka’s Permanent Missions to the United
Nations, respectively as in New York as Deputy Permanent
Representative (1984-1987 and 1993-1996), and Geneva as Permanent
Representative from 1987-1989.
