Colombo Schools have it easy

Colombo Schools beat Kandy Schools by 33 points to 8 in the Papare.com All Stars rugby encounter played at Longden Place on Thursday.

Danushka Ranjan of St Peter’s was picked as the Man of the Match. Papare.com also conducted a contest during the schools rugby season for the most popular schoolboy ruggerite.

Royal skipper Shehan Pathirana was voted as the Most Popular Ruggerite receiving 38.6 percent of the 18,976 votes while his team-mate Arshad Jamaldeen emerged first runner-up with 22.7 percent of the votes, while Isipatanian Saajid Suhayb was the second runner-up with 13.9 percent of the total votes.
