Taste of infinity at Ceylon Continental’s Sunday brunch

Beginning this month, Infinity Sunday Brunch comes to Ceylon
Continental every first and third Sunday of the month at the Emerald
restaurant.
Named the Infinity Brunch because of its gigantic spread and
selection of items, guests will savour a wide sampling of five-star

cuisine from Chinese, Indian, Mediterranean, Sri Lankan and Mexican
origins between the hours of 11.30am to 2.30pm. An assortment of
breakfast favourites, salads and scrumptious soups will also be
available. Desserts include dishes such as lemon meringue pie, hot
orange souffle, strawberry millefuille, a feature station that promises
to set taste buds on fire - the mango flambé, a deliciously tempting
chocolate fountain and a special children’s corner for the young guests.
In addition to the Buffet, Happy Hour will be on offer throughout and
guests could opt to try the hotel’s new cocktails at the venue.
“The Infinity Brunch is exquisitely affordable. In addition to the
Brunch Buffet, we are extending many more touches to make your day more
memorable and comfortable. Special competitions for children, magic
shows and usage of the swimming pool will be on offer for the entire
family. The Hotel’s well trained babysitters will also be available to
keep the kids occupied,” a spokesperson said.
The Hotel will offer discounts to selected credit card holders and
for large groups, the 11th person will be taken free of charge.
The Emerald Restaurant, venue of the Infinity Sunday Brunch, is an
elegant representation of a spacious sun room. With vaulted ceilings and
large wall windows, guests can enjoy meals overlooking a breathtaking
view of the Indian Ocean. |
