Drunk driver kills toddler

A seven month old infant was killed and his brother, father and mother were seriously wounded when the motorcycle on which they were travelling, collided with a van at Aladeniya in the Katugastota area on May 28. The Police said the van driver was under the influence of liquor at the time of the accident.

The motorcycle was travelling from Hedeniya towards Katugastota and the van from Katugastota to Kurunegala where the accident occurred.
