Awareness on new technological equipment for bakery owners

A workshop for bakery owners and hotel owners of small and medium
scales in the North Central Province was held at the Anuradhapura
Central Bank Auditorium recently. This was jointly organized by the
Central Bank Branch in Anuradhapura and the District Chamber of
Commerce.
About 200 bakery and hotel owners were given an awareness on the use
of new technological equipment used in the bakery industry.
Another aim of the workshop was to find solutions to problems faced
by bakery and hotel owners in the use of most modern equipment with
advanced technology.
A significant feature was the issue of food items by bakery and hotel
owners using rice-flour and giving priority to indigenous methods. |
