Swarnamahal Financial to list

The Colombo Stock Exchange has approved an application submitted by the Swarnamahal Financial Services Ltd to list in the CSE.

A CSE filing said yesterday approval was granted for listing 25000007 Ordinary voting shares of the company in the Diri Savi Board by way of an introduction. RAM Ratings Lanka has assigned respective long- and short-term financial institutions ratings of BB+ and NP to Swarnamahal Financial Services Ltd. The long-term rating has a stable outlook.
