Death of Mark Fernando

The death occurred yesterday (15) of M A R P Mark Fernando, retired Senior Manager of the Project Department of the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (Lake House), a Signal Engineer of the Railways Department, and a Leading Power and Electric Network Specialised Engineer.

He was 67 and was engaged as a Consultant Engineer of several leading institutions. He graduated from the Peradeniya University and had been an old boy of Prince of Wales College, Moratuwa.

Funeral will be held on March 17.

Remains are lying at 34/1, old Kesbewa Road, Rattanapitiya, Boralesgamuwa.
