The Sri Lanka Naval Ship “Ranawickrema” on a surveillance patrol rounded up a Fibre Glass Dinghy (FGD) attempting to smuggle in sea cucumbers in the seas south of Mannar on March 8, 2011.

Petrol bomb attack:

Shop gutted

A graphic designing and printing shop at Nochchiyagama town was gutted following a petrol bomb attack Wednesday around 1.30 am. Computers, printing machines and communication equipment were completely destroyed in the fire, Nochchiyagama police said.
