Korea to help waste disposal

A special discussion was held at the Environmental Ministry office in Colombo recently to explore the ways and means of disposing waste in Sri Lanka. The discussion was held between the Korean State Environment officials and the Environment Minister Anura Priyadarshana Yapa.

The Leader of the Korean delegation was Dr Lee Seung Hoon, Deputy General Manager Korean Environment Corporation.

Also those who participated in the discussion included Environment Ministry Secretary Dr R S H Samaratunga and Central Environment Authority Chairman Dr Charitha Herath.
