Leadership driven with neuro linguistic approach

Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka PLC (MBSL) is organizing a two-day seminar on 'Leadership driven with neuro linguistic approach' which will be held on March 21 and 22 from 9am to 4.30pm at Liberty Ballroom of Ramada Colombo.

The key aspect of developing leadership is by optimizing the mental and emotional well-being for a superior performance and a work-life balance. Neuro Linguistic Program (NLP) provides tools for mapping the way people think, speak, feel and act in assisting the change and in enhancing performance. After establishing the desire for effective leadership, NLP facilitates the person to actualize the abstract 'leadership' into specific behaviours, skills and competencies by enabling them to identify their personal values to lead themselves and others.

The neuro linguistic approach will facilitate individuals to become exceptionally good leaders who will be able to derive a new approach to leadership and apply them in their own organizations.
