The all island under-13 division two cricket champions Prince of Wales’ College, Moratuwa added another feather to their cap when they beat Homagama Maha Vidyalaya by eight wickets in the finals of the inter-school under-13 cricket tournament organized by Bank of Ceylon for Ran Kekulu Trophy for Western Province schools.

Homagama Maha Vidyalaya batting first scored 114 runs in their alloted thirty overs and Cambrians notched up the required score for the loss of two wickets with both Ravindu Sasanka and Sandun Soysa were unbeaten on 55 and 45 runs respectively.

Homagama MV 114 in 30 overs (Thilina Dilshan 25, Sanjeeva Anjana 15, Thilan Kumara 2 for 13, Aloka Fernando 2 for 11, Sandun Soysa 2 for 20).
