Caller lines to reach railways

Revised telephone numbers have been announced for railway passengers to contact the Railways Department during the 24 hours of the day. These numbers will be operative throughout the 365 days of the year on the instructions of Transport Minister Kumara Welgama and Railways General Manager A G Mahanama.

Passengers on emergencies can contact the Railways Control Office on 0113135202, to get information about trains 0112434215, for new views and proposals 0714393102, and for emergency security arrangements and complaints 0113134757 and 0112421281.
