‘Sri Lanka – A way of life’ a photo journal l by Stefan de Silva
which includes spectacular photographs taken by him on wildlife saw the
light of the day recently.
Stefani who migrated to Australia in 1977 never relinquished the
quest he had for wild life and the nature of adventure around the
subject.
Though he migrated to Australia it is his habit always to visit Sri
Lanka. The thirst he had to roam here in Sri Lanka is his passion for
wildlife which traces back to his early childhood.
Two-hundred-thirty-six pages in his photo journal attribute to the
true beauty of the pearl of the Indian Ocean and showcases different
aspects of environments available in Sri Lanka. So, to a foreigner who
is to visit Sri Lanka for the first time can have a comprehensive idea
from this photo journal. Stefan’s effort would be contributive for the
development of tourism which is the blooming industry of the juncture
quite after three-decade war. |
