President Mahinda Rajapaksa sent his condolences to Russian
Federation President, Dmitry Medvedev on the attack on Moscow’s
Domedodovo International Airport Monday which killed 35 people and
injured over 130 others.”I am well aware of the cost of terrorism on
humanity as a whole,” President Rajapaksa said.
Following is the text of the full message:”I wish to extend to my
profound condolences on the outrage perpetrated by terrorists at the
Domedodovo International Airport in Moscow Monday. I am well aware of
the cost of terrorism on humanity as a whole.
I would like to convey my condolences to the victims’ families and my
good wishes for the speedy recovery of all who have suffered in
consequence to this tragedy.”
