Tower Hall Maradana equipped with modern facilities, will be staging
a drama festival from January 26 to 31 daily at 3.30 pm and 6.45 pm to
mark its opening. The following plays will go on boards the Tower Hall.
* January 26 – Rajitha Disanayaka’s Sihina Horu Aran
* January 27 – Dharmasiri Bandaranayaka’s Makaraakshaya
* January 28 – Raveendra Ariyarathna’s Balloth Ekka Be
*January 29 – Jaliya Rajapaksha’s Sokari
* January 30 – Parakkrama Niriella’s Matikaraththaya
* January 31 – Sudath Mahadivulwewa’s Uncertified Death
Jude Srimal is the organizer of the drama festival. Schools could
obtain tickets at 50 percent discounted rate from the original price for
school students.
