CIMA evening workshop on grooming

Business etiquette is a leadership skill that differentiates organizations and people from competition. Many a business deal or potential relationship is lost by a businessperson's lack of courtesy and awareness in the business world.

The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) will be holding an evening workshop on grooming on December 10 at the CIMA Auditorium from 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm.

Well-known corporate trainer Dila Hettiaratchy, former SriLankan Airlines In-flight Training Manager, will lead the workshop. Dila has helped staff of many Sri Lankan Corporates to be more confident and courteous in business and social situations. In the workshop Dila will discuss professional presence, social etiquette and dining etiquette.
